With the legalization of casinos, racinos, video poker and riverboat gaming in Louisiana, so began Mr. Brantley’s involvement with the licensing of Louisiana Casino Cruises’ Casino Rouge in Baton Rouge, LA in 1994, where he acted as outside general counsel, until the company sold in 2004. He has acted as counsel and regulator advisor to numerous gaming operators in every phase of gaming, including charitable.  He regularly interacts with the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, where he has made numerous presentations for clients, as well as the Louisiana State Police and Louisiana Attorney General’s Gaming Divisions.  He is continuously being referred clients by both operators and regulators because of his operative knowledge of the laws and regulations, as well as his working relationships with the regulators. Mr. Brantley currently consults for the Gerson Lehman Group, an expert network that operates a membership-based platform that provides independent ad-hoc consulting services to business professionals around the world.
